How do I power on/off the Zone 2?
Please press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to power on or power off the Zone 2.
How do I pair my Zone 2?
- The first time you power on your Zone 2 it should automatically go into pairing mode.
- On your phone, search for and select the BlueAnt Zone 2 to pair and connect.
- If you want to go into pairing mode again please power off your Zone 2.
- With the Zone 2 off press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to power on the Zone 2 and go to pairing mode.
- Now search for and select the BlueAnt Zone 2 to pair.
- The next time you power on the Zone 2 it should automatically reconnect to your phone.
What is the play time and charge time of the Zone 2?
A full charge of the Zone 2 will take about 2.5 hours.
The play time for the Zone 2 is 35 hours with ANC enabled and 60 hours with ANC disabled.
A 10 minute rapid charge with give you 4 hours play time with ANC enabled and 6 hours with ANC disabled..
To charge your Zone 2, use the included USB-C cable and plug them into a power source. When the Zone 2 is fully charged, all the lights will turn off.

How do I switch between ANC/Transparency/ANC off on the Zone 2?
When you power on the Zone 2 in will go into ANC Mode by default.
To switch to Transparency please press the ANC button, press again to go to ANC off and once again to switch back to ANC Mode.
How many dB is the Active Noise Cancellation on the Zone 2?
The Zone 2 ANC mode offers upto 35dB of noise cancellation..
How do I control music on the Zone 2?
To play or pause music simply click on the play button.
To skip forward a track press and hold then volume up button.
To skip backward a track press and hold the volume down button.
How do I control volume on the Zone 2?
To increase the volume one step click the volume up button.
To decrease the volume one step click the volume down button.
The volume will reset to the default of 25% when you powers the Zone 2 off.
How does the auto-pause feature work on the Zone 2?
When music is playing and you remove the Zone 2 it will automatically pause the music and resume the music when you put the Zone 2 back on.
This feature can be disabled by triple clicking the ANC button.
It will be re-enabled when the headphones are powered back on.
How do I control calls on the Zone 2?
To answer an incoming call simply click the play button.
To end a call simply click the play button.
To reject an incoming call press and hold the play button for 2 seconds.
If music was playing prior to the call it will resume after the call is finished.
How many microphones does the Zone 2 have?
The Zone 2 has 4 built-in microphones and includes Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for enhanced call quality.
How do I use Siri/Google on the Zone 2?
To start or to cancel Siri/Google simply double click the play button.
If music was playing prior to invoking Siri/Google it will resume afterwards.
Does the Zone 2 support Multipoint?
Yes, you can connect two phones simultaneously and switch between them.
Where can I find the serial number of my Zone 2?
The serial number sticker is located on the left side of the Zone 2.
How can I find the charge level of the battery on my Zone 2?
The Zone 2 will announce the battery level when it powers on.
This can also be checked on a connected iOS or Android device.
How do you use Wired Mode for AUX playback on the Zone 2?
When you plug in the supplied AUX cable the Zone 2 will switch to AUX mode.
If using on a plane simply connect the airplance adaptor to the AUX cable prior to plugging it in.
ANC and Transparency can be used in this mode.
How do I reset my Zone 2?
Prior to starting this process please disable Bluetooth on your phone.
With the Zone 2 powered off press and hold the power on button for 5 seconds. The Pump X will start and the led with flash red/blue.
Now press and hold volume up & volume down for 10 seconds.
The led will go solid red for 3 seconds and the Zone 2 will power off.
The Zone 2 has now been reset and all pairing information removed.
You can now re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.
If you want to connect to it again you will need to pair your phone.

Can I use my Zone 2 with my computer, laptop or tablet?
To use the Zone 2 via Bluetooth with your computer/laptop/tablet your device must support A2DP for music playback.
To use the microphone on the Zone 2 your computer/laptop/tablet must support HFP or HSP. To check what is supported on your computer please check with your computer/laptop/tablet manufacturer.
To connect to your Computer/Laptop/Tablet:
- Please disable Bluetooth on your phone.
- Then power on the Zone 2 by holding the Bluetooth button and keep holding the button for about 3 seconds until the light starts flashing blue/red rapidly, this is pairing mode.
- Then on the computer/laptop/tablet add a Bluetooth device and select the Zone 2.
- Once the Zone 2 is connected you can re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.
- To switch back to phone use please disable Bluetooth on your computer/laptop/tablet and select the Zone 2 on your phone.
- Once the Zone 2 is connected to your phone you can re-enable Bluetooth on your computer/laptop/tablet.
