Warranty Coverage
All BlueAnt products come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase or, if later, the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that occur under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. Registering extends the warranty coverage to two years.
What’s Covered Under Warranty:
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Internal hardware malfunctions.
- Bluetooth, power, or connection issues related to manufacturing faults.
What’s Not Covered:
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, water damage beyond IP rating).
- Damage from misuse or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, such as cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel.
