Can I cancel or change my order?Updated a month ago

Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.

As we automatically send orders through to our Warehouse for fulfillment we are unable to change or cancel orders after they have been placed.


Incorrect delivery address

If your order has already been dispatched, you may be able to request a redirection directly with the delivery carrier (where available). Carrier options, timeframes, fees, and restrictions may apply.

We strongly recommend ensuring your order is delivered to a secure location. Once a package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or theft.


If you no longer want the item

If you change your mind after placing an order, you’re welcome to return the item once it arrives, in line with our Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unopened, with factory seals intact

  • The item must be in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

  • The return must be requested within the eligible return period

For hygiene and safety reasons, earbuds and headphones that have been opened or worn are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed as eligible.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
