Only one of my buds seems to be chargingUpdated 6 months ago
If one (or both) of your earbuds has stopped charging, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- There may be an electrical connection issue.
Ensure that your charging case is fully charged and that both earbuds are properly seated in the case. The earbuds charge via gold contact pads on their base, which connect with the gold spring pins inside the charging case. Make sure these contact points are clean and free from any obstructions such as dirt, debris, or earwax. A wooden toothpick is a good option for gently cleaning earwax off the pads on the base of your earbuds. Avoid using metal tools like pointy tweezers, as these can scratch the gold coating on the pads, which will affect the electrical contact. If your earbuds have silicone stabilizer covers, ensure they are not covering the charging pads. - Battery fault in one earbud.
One earbud may have a battery fault, causing it to lose charge faster or not charge at all. If you've followed the charging steps above and the issue persists, you may need to contact support for further assistance or a potential replacement.
