How to Re-Sync the Left and Right Pump Air ANC Earbuds?

If your earbuds become disconnected from each other and show up as two separate devices on your phone, or if you are replacing a lost earbud, follow these steps to re-sync them:

Please turn off Bluetooth on your phone before starting this process and ensure your the Pump Air ANC charging case is charged.

• Place both ear buds in the charging case and close the charging case lid for 15 seconds.
• Open the charging case and wait for both lights to turn solid blue, once they are solid blue wait for 15 seconds.
• After this 15 seconds remove both ear buds from the charging case.
• The ear buds will now reconnect to each other.
• Next re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.
• Remove any old pairing for the BlueAnt Pump Air ANC from your phone and then pair it to your phone again.
