Pump Air Lite - Re-Sync InstructionsUpdated 7 months ago
How to Re-Sync the Left and Right Pump Air Lite Earbuds?
If your earbuds become disconnected from each other and show up as two separate devices on your phone, or if you are replacing a lost earbud, follow these steps to re-sync them:
Remove any existing pairing of the earbuds from your phone.
- You should not have any "BlueAnt Pump Air Lite" showing up under paired devices on your phone.
- Ignore anything showing up as an available device at this point.
Important: ensure your charging case is fully charged as indicated by the battery LED flashing 4 times.
Take the right earbud out of the charging case and wait for the LED to start flashing white/blue (this can take approximately 10 seconds).
- Once the LED is continuously flashing white/blue, tap the BlueAnt symbol 5 times quickly, but on the 5th time, press and hold until the LED flashes white quickly.
- A few seconds later, the LED will turn off and the earbud will power down. Place the right earbud on the bench.
Now, take the left earbud out of the case and repeat the above (5-tap) process until the LED turns off.
Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
- When the LEDs on both earbuds turn solid white, remove them from the case.
- Hold both earbuds in one hand using your thumb and index finger. You should see both LEDs flashing blue.
Using the index and middle fingers from your other hand, tap the BlueAnt logo on both earbuds 3 times simultaneously.
- This will initiate the re-syncing process, which can take up to 10 seconds.
Once the earbuds re-sync with each other, one earbud will stop flashing (LED off) and the other will start flashing white/blue.
Scan for Bluetooth devices on your phone. You should now see a single "BlueAnt Pump Air Lite" which you can connect to.
