How to Re-Sync the Left and Right Pump Air Lite2 Earbuds?

If your earbuds become disconnected from each other and show up as two separate devices on your phone, or if you are replacing a lost earbud, follow these steps to re-sync them:

  1. Remove any existing pairing from your phone:

    • Ensure there is no 'BlueAnt Pump Air Lite2' listed under paired devices on your phone.
    • Ignore anything that shows up as an available device for now.
  2. Ensure the charging case is fully charged:

    • The battery indicator LED on the case should periodically flash red 4 times, indicating that it is fully charged.
  3. Place both earbuds into the charging case:

    • The LED on the earbuds should turn solid white, which indicates that they are charging.
    • If the LED is flashing, adjust the earbuds in the case to ensure proper contact until the LED turns solid white.
  4. Press and hold the MFB on both earbuds:

    • Within the first few seconds of placing the earbuds in the case (when the LED is solid white), press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you see both LEDs flash quickly twice.
    • If the battery is fully charged, the LED may turn off during this process.
    • If you encounter issues getting the two fast flashes, ensure that you begin with a solid white LED. You may need to leave the earbuds out of the case for 10 minutes to deplete the battery a little so they don’t switch off quickly after being reinserted.
    • If only one earbud flashes twice, remove and reinsert both earbuds and start the process again.
  5. Wait for re-syncing:

    • Once both earbuds flash twice, remove them from the case and wait for 5 seconds to allow the re-syncing process to complete.
    • Scan for Bluetooth devices on your phone, and you should now see a single 'BlueAnt Pump Air Lite2' device, which you can connect to.
