Soundblade stays ON, even when I turn OFF my PCUpdated 6 months ago

Issue:

If your Soundblade remains ON after turning off your PC, it may be related to your firmware version. 

Cause:

The auto-wake feature, introduced in firmware version 2.0, allows the Soundblade to turn ON and OFF with your PC when connected via USB. This feature also works when your PC powers down or goes into standby mode, such as when closing the lid of a laptop. If your Soundblade is not turning OFF as expected, ensure that it is updated to the latest firmware. 

Solution:

Update your firmware version:

• Make sure your Soundblade is running firmware version 2.0 or later.
